How crazy ist ist that we all run around with a brain that is chirping and chatting and often unfortunately yelling at us all day long, determining the quality of our lives and NO ONE HAS ACTUALLY TAUGHT US HOW TO USE IT?

It’s like driving without a license! It goes well if you are lucky… but mostly its very painful!
